When will i receive my order?

All orders are processed and shipped from Canada. The typical shipping time for orders is between 8 to 14 days. Which countries do you ship to?

What is your return/exchange policy?

Returns:

  • Unopened Items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
  • Opened Items: Due to hygiene and health standards, any boxers that have been opened cannot be returned. We prioritize the health and safety of all our customers and ensure that all products meet our hygiene standards.

Exchanges:

  • For unopened items, if you wish to exchange for a different size or design, please initiate a return for the unused product and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Opened items cannot be exchanged due to the same hygiene and health considerations.

How do I cancel/modify an order?

Canceling an Order:
